Leonard H. Selesner, Esq. is an attorney in Millburn, New Jersey for 30 years, where he concentrates in areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, commercial real estate and corporate transactions. Mr. Selesner is the co-author of "Testamentary Trusts", New Jersey Transaction Guide and for ten years served as an Adjunct Professor of Taxation, Graduate School of Business Administration, Fairleigh Dickinson University. He frequently lectures at numerous private seminars for business people and professionals. Mr. Selesner is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Essex County and New Jersey State Bar Association (Member, Section of: Taxation, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law) and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Selesner received his J.D. degree from the University of Louisville and his M.B.A. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Pamela C. Polifron, Esq. is a partner with the law offices of Selesner & Polifron, P.A., where she concentrates in the areas of federal taxation, estate planning and administration, elder law, business planning and tax disputes. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and before the United States Tax Court. Ms. Polifron frequently lectures before accountants, financial professionals and senior groups. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, New Jersey Bar Elder Law Section, New Jersey and Essex County Bar Associations and the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners.

Ms. Polifron was a Senior Trial Attorney with the Office of District Counsel (Manhattan) of the Internal Revenue Service, where she was engaged principally in corporate, partnership, individual and estate litigation before the United States Tax Court.

Ms. Polifron received her B.S. from Rutgers College, her J.D., with honors, from Rutgers Law School and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
